    We have the knowledge and expertise to get you there. Max in addition to osteopathy has previously worked with multiple clients of all abilities as a personal trainer. Currently available in online formats.

DRY NEEDLING

Used in conjunction with our osteopathy treatment

Dry needling involves using fine acupuncture needles to target ‘myofascial trigger points’. This can be used to alleviate musculoskeletal pain and muscle tension.

Please note that acupuncture is different from dry needling. Acupuncture is based on Chinese medicine and works on acupuncture points, whereas dry needling is based on a western understanding of the body and is specific to muscle groups.

OSTEOPATHIC ADJUSTMENTS

Used in conjunction with our osteopathy treatment.

Osteopathic adjustments are very gentle and targeted to specific areas of the body we are addressing in our treatment. Osteopaths are trained extensively to ensure your comfort and to know if this treatment option may be of benefit to you and your condition.

PERFORMANCE PROGRAMMING

Thoughtful programming for individuals that are looking to train smart and hard. If you lack structure, are looking to take your weight training to the next level and/or get stronger, this is for you! We customise our programs specific to your current goals all in the convenience of your own app. Each program comes with exercise tutorials, cues and sets/reps to ensure you get the most out of your training.
