Payment & Private Health Fund Information

CONNECT Osteopathy & Performance accepts private health insurance extras cover for Osteopathy services. Please check with your health fund to confirm your level of cover.

HICAPS is available for on-the-spot claiming during your appointment. Any remaining gap payment can be made by cash or EFTPOS. Please note that CONNECT Osteopathy & Performance is not a preferred provider for any private health fund.

Medicare – GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP)

Some clients may be eligible for a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP), which provides a Medicare rebate for up to five eligible allied health appointments per calendar year.

Patients attending under a GPCCMP referral are required to pay an out-of-pocket fee of $35 for both:

• Initial consultations (60 minutes)

• Return consultations (40 minutes)
